Who I am

I am an ArTeA art therapist and holistic practitioner, specialized in Ᾱyurveda, the ancient Indian science of life and longevity.

In continuous training in both areas, I collaborate with various centers in the Cuneo area, with the aim of helping people find their psychophysical balance and well-being.

I attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Turin, and then enrolled in the post-graduate training course in art therapy offered by ArTeA in Milan; at the same time I attended various holistic paths, and then discovered Ᾱyurveda in 2021 thanks to Janani, the house of Ᾱyurveda in Frinco (AT).
